Gigapedia.com : The Elitist Book Snobs

So I had recently stumbled upon Http://www.gigapedia.com, which is an eBook sharing site. It tries to stay on the legal side saying that they are just a place to share links that they have found on the web. Yeah right.

I started to get really into the site and I have amassed gigabytes upon gigabytes upon ebooks now. I felt like I was leeching too much and I wanted to find a way to give back. At first I helped mirror files so that others could easily download the books. I was still considered a noob and according to a moderator "to move up to a member you would have to mirror about 100 items". So instead i opted to find hard to find magazines like High Times. I found a guy that scans each copy he gets so I thought that it would be a perfect edition to the site. Apparently I was wrong.

Long story short, they filtered my IP so I cannot view any more books and also wiped any existence of me. Every time I try to ask them If they are censoring me or blocking me from the site, first my thread gets deleted and soon there after my account gets deleted. What a bunch of snobs.

It appears they are doing this to other users too.
